We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rockport purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
